Musical source. Chant with musical notation in the following choir books (cantus planus) of the Cathedral of Seville: E-Sc L-37a (ff. 92v-93v), and E-Sc L-37b (f. 124v) with a Spanish variant of the melody Stäblein 752; E-Sc L-64 (f. 54r) and E-Sc G-144 (f. 65v) contain other melodies.
Alonso Lobo (Chapel master at Cathedral of Seville 1604-1617) composed the polyphonic hymn Salvete clarae (stanzas 3 and 6) and used the melody Stäblein 752 (Spanish variant) as cantus firmus (E-Sc 16. Book of Polyphony 16 Cathedral of Seville);
