SG-sources have 'os muti'
The original mode may have been III, but the chant ended on sol. Older sources judge the mode according to the incipit, and not to the finalis (Guido). See Urbanus Bomm Vom Wechsel der Modalitätsbestimmung... 1928 p. 51.
See Ein 121, SG 381. CIST-sources have psalmtone III, but change the end of the introit too and create a deuterus-cadens.
